Catholic Church in the cell tower business

The Catholic Church is executing a business plan to generate tax-free revenue by installing cell towers on their properties, regardless of whether they are located in residentially-zoned neighborhoods or operating schools on the same property.

The Diocese of Oakland and the Roman Catholic Welfare Corporation of San Jose are both executing a business plan to monetize their properties.
